iceweasel-l10n-zu software package provides Zulu language package for Iceweasel, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-l10n-zu
iceweasel-l10n-zu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-l10n-zu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iceweasel-l10n-zu *
You will get with iceweasel-l10n-zu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
